Youth Workshop & Summit Options

SoulVersation offers transformative youth workshops, summits, and wellness experiences led by Cierra Burnes, LMHC, and a Certified Life Coach. All programming is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and crafted to build emotional intelligence, safety, and empowerment for youth in schools, communities, and organizations.

Classroom Workshop
(45–60 min)

Ideal Audience: Single classroom (up to 25 students)

Trauma-informed, SEL-based experience with movement, art, and mindfulness. Includes interactive discussion and takeaway cards.

Investment: $350–$750

Mini-Summit
(90 minutes)

Ideal Audience: Grade-level group or 2–3 classrooms

Two-part experience including an opening mindfulness activity, main topic lesson, and creative or physical group exercise.

Investment: $850–$1,200

Half-Day Youth Summit
(3 hours)

Ideal Audience: Up to 75 students or school-wide by rotation

Includes three rotating sessions (emotions, communication, grounding tools), art expression, music/movement break, and closing circle.

Investment: $1,500–$2,500

Full-Day Youth Wellness Retreat
(6 hours)

Ideal Audience: Middle & high school

Includes 4–5 modules with journaling, guided visualization, student breakout discussions, reflection activities, and custom take-home kits.

Investment: $3,000–$4,500

6-Week Youth Empowerment Series

Ideal Audience: After-school or special pull-out program

Weekly 60-minute group coaching + SEL lessons with digital workbook. Themes: confidence, friendship, identity, mental health, leadership.

Investment: $3,500–$6,000

Parent & Caregiver Add-On Workshop
(60–90 min)

Ideal Audience: Parent groups or PTA events

Interactive workshop on supporting emotional literacy at home with grounding tips, family affirmations, and communication tools.

Investment: $500–$950
